”This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at over the years. I’ve been to Canada, Europe and Mexico and the quality of this property was outstanding. The pictures in the website give you the real deal right away. The house felt like home away from home and you don’t get that feeling with a lot of places. The house was spotless, kitchen, common areas, bathrooms and bedrooms. It had plenty of amenities, from several TVs to fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms were stocked with products out of a spa. The bedrooms were very comfortable, super clean and bedding had quality linens and pillows. The area is a very very short drive from Main Street, restaurants and supermarket. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood which also gave you the opportunity to rest. Catalina was very friendly and responsive since the beginning and we were more than pleased with her availability. I highly recommend this place and hope we can go back again!” – Guest, Joyce

”This place was the best Airbnb place I’ve stayed! It’s close to a grocery store and the center of Fredericksburg, yet it is in a quiet neighborhood. The place was cozier than it looked in the photos. The kitchen is well equipped. It is also big enough for a group of people to cook at the same time. The living room had comfortable couches we really loved and enjoyed relaxing. The backyard was the best part of this place! Beautiful backyard with an outdoor dining area, grill, fireplace under a beautiful big tree, and jacuzzi!! We enjoyed the fireplace and jacuzzi as it was cold during our stay. ”This was a beautiful quaint space for a romantic getaway. The property is very quiet and I loved sitting on the porch watching the deer, the Texas sky and just enjoying the quiet. The cabin is cozy and clean. I love the bathroom tile; it’s perfect for this Texas heat. The AC and fans were great. We were never hot or humid in there. The kitchenette space had all that we needed. ”We truly enjoyed our recent stay at Catalina's home. It was exactly what we were looking for. Her home is about 20 minutes outside of downtown Fredericksburg, so we opted to stop for wine at local wineries and food at HEB on our way into town. This allowed us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and only leave once it was time to checkout. The hot tub was perfect on our cooler mornings and evenings, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. ”Conveniently located with less than a five-minute drive to all the downtown restaurants and stores. Cottage on Mistletoe was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. The outdoor areas were amazing and Heavenly Hosts were great hosts, they were responsive and provided great recommendations.
